GALLUS DIES Cutter Art is the leading manufacturer of gallus dies to the label industry. All of our dies are of a high standard and only 12mm German pvc bases are used. Other materials can make the bases bow and warp when used in different temperatures. If you wish to place an order for a gallus die, the following information is required: * Size, spacing/gap, layout, corner size, web direction and of course the purchase order number! If the die isn't symmetrical, Print Face must be marked to ensure the die is made correctly. Corner sizes can vary. Below is a list of the most commonly used corners Square Corner - No bend 90° angle Sharp Bend - 1mm Diameter Minimum Round Corner (M/R/C) - 3mm Diameter Round Corner - 5mm Diameter Round Corner - 7mm Diameter Round Corner - 10mm Diameter Round Corner - 13mm Diameter Other Sized corners can be bent - just specify on your order ! If you have a special shape that needs to be made, it's best if you provide a film positive or key line at 100%.
